Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings and personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at payment@akgoodman.net within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. Please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    • The reason for the return or exchange (e.g., “incorrect size,” “defective,” etc.).

  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return label (for domestic returns) if applicable. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


3. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: For UK-based customers, return shipping is free if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for international orders, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund for your original purchase instead.
